Executive Chef Alessandro Rinaldi
Born in 1989, Alessandro Rinaldi interprets Italian cuisine with a balance of tradition and contemporary technique. Raised among sourdough starters and family culinary traditions, he gained experience alongside Michelin-starred chefs and led renowned culinary destinations on Lake Como. Today, as Executive Chef of Palazzo Venezia, he presents a seasonal and distinctive gastronomic vision.
The ancient art of bread
The vision of Chef Alessandro Rinaldi finds its most authentic expression in the art of bread. A deep mastery of sourdough and slow fermentation brings to life creations that combine technique, sensitivity, and identity. This journey was recognized by the Gambero Rosso Restaurant Guide with the special award “Best Bread on the Table” in October 2025.
