Born in 1989, Alessandro Rinaldi interprets Italian cuisine with a balance of tradition and contemporary technique. Raised with sourdough and family culinary memories, he has worked alongside Michelin-starred chefs and led high-profile kitchens on Lake Como. Today, as Executive Chef of Palazzo Venezia, he signs a seasonal and identity-driven menu that highlights local ingredients and authentic flavors.
